This is because the trainer opens off-screen, to fix it lower your display resolution and when you see the trainer, center it on the screen put the resolution back to normal and enjoy 🙂

Holy crap.. now I feel really dumb. That's all it was, was opening way up in the top left corner. Hitting Alt then space and pushing M to move the window did it. Thanks!

I guess using a 43' 4k monitor has downsides lol...
