Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I'm having some difficulty with the ammo settings; if I select the infinite ammo, my rifle has only 1 bullet that doesn't fire, it just reloads one bullet. Happened with the pistol also.
Is there a sequence of events that has to be followed first? Conditions to be met?
