The game patches incredibly often, have you verified the game version matches the version the trainer was made for? Otherwise fill out an update request.
Yes, I have ensured I'm using the matching version, v0.530. The game hasn't updated yet, I just checked on Steam. However, it may update again soon as you're correct. It does get patched often. If I can get the trainer to work with this version, I intend to halt auto-updates for the game.
Trainer version 0.532 worked well through previous 4 updates, but now they released a bigger one, 0.6/0.601, which seemed to break at least some options, like instant build.
Character creation point cheat still works fine.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
