I've apologized for saying things because I'm frustrated . I have done as much as I can with loading the NET core updates and Windows 10 updates there are no error messages anymore just the Trainer App that only gets as far as the Cheathappens logo without my name or the customised for label . That has become the error..anyu ideas ?

Open the Event Viewer of Windows and see if you can find any crash entry that matches the timestamp of when you ran the trainer. If there is none, then the trainer likely gets shut down by any external software, such as an AV.

Also make sure you don't run CE or Cosmos at the time you run the trainer.

Oh my god it was doing my head in!

I formatted my PC a few days ago, tried to load and had an issue.. Literally installed TONS of the Net Core runtime stuff and none, until this post with this one working: dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/thank-you/runtime-desktop-3.1.5-windows-x64-installer

So I've just gone and removed ALL the other ones because it was a fair bit haha

Have both 3.1 and latest .NET CORE and FRAMEWORK

.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x64 Link
    .NET Framework (get latest) Link

(Both of the Net-Core MUST be installed x86 and x64)

    Reboot PC When done.

Seem to be having the same issue when I try to load the CH trainer. I have downloaded the x86 and x64 versions of all the cores above, and according to the NET framework installer, I have the latest framework, and after restarting, this is the message I get:

To run this application, you must install .NET core. The framework "Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App", version 3.1.0 was not found.

Not quite sure what else to do here, some help would be appreciated!

Edit: Also to add i'm on Windows 10, with all updates fully installed

You have to reboot after installing any .NET core or Framework, was your system rebooted?

Security patch added to 3.1 new links are

    Link x64
    Link x86

    I did reboot yes.

Thankfully, after browsing the thread for other posts, I cam across I believe 0x90's post with the runtime links. Those did the trick! Everything works now
