Just making a separate thread for this so its easier to find for some people.

Use the trainer as normal. However, at the team selection screen, where you choose your player character, the class, and also weapons. Make sure the unlimited health option is turned off. Start the game as normal with whatever difficulty you would like to use. Once you load in and can start to move around, toggle the unlimited health option on. The special zombies should be killable going forward.

Disable the option when the level is over. If you end up accidentally leaving it on the next level, turn it off, let the zombies kill you and restart the game with the option off, toggling it on only when you spawn in and can move around.

Thanks for the tip, it was making it hard with all the AI's getting distracted by the invul. specials.

Thanks for confirming this. This today just happend . So i started switching mods off before going into new levels but i thought it might be the health mod causing this
