I want help with the latest trainer running problems.

I stopped the antivirus and ran the trainer in admin mode.
The trainer screen is invisible and there is only a trainer in the process.

Old version trainers work normally.
However, the latest trainer (anno1800) has encountered this problem.

trainer may need to be EXCLUDED for anti-virus, turning some of them off is not enough as processes are still running in the background. Pick yours from the list below and how to exclude the trainer/folder it is in as well as the WORK folder, C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work

The problem has been resolved.
It was caused by the anti-virus program.
I am using BitDefender.
In addition to setting antivirus exceptions, we also added exception settings in the advanced threat defense feature.
The problem was resolved very cleanly.
