What is the best payment method for fastest upgrade to premium would it be Paypal?
or credit card... Do virtual cards cause any issues?

Either method is fine, they both can take up to 24 hours to process though. Virtual cards/pre-paid/pre-loaded, may encounter some issue due to the limitations placed on them by the issuer, so If you go that route, I would check the fine print before hand. Personally I use Paypal and have never had an issue.

PayPal typically processes the fastest as long as you don't pay using an eCheck. PayPro is typically pretty quick as well.
