i did report it and it was denied since v2 is the latest. but it not working... ammo is but items depletes throw a nade and you see the count goes down or use any item.

I do not have a "nade"
so maybe the option doesn't work on "Nades" but it certainly is working, and working like it always has.

In the most recent update of the game, I reported in the trainer update request that for a few updates now the editor option for Stamina Recharge rate does not function properly but apparently the new version still has the same issue.
The stamina recharge rate changes both the recharge AND consumption of stamina meaning that if I set it to 10 them i will both recharge AND consume stamina 10 times faster.
If this is something that cannot be fixed it would be nice it if was mentioned in the trainer readme so it is not confusing.
Delete trainer and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values.

I appreciate your help but my issue is not that the trainer is not working. It works fine. It is just one of the options not working as intended. I have had this issue across all PCs i have tried it on and it has been present for the past 4 updates IIRC. Everything else works perfectly. I wonder if no one else has reported it if something is wrong or corrupt in my save or character.
I have also created a trainer cleaner in the past after I had issues with another game so thank you for the guide on how to do that.
