My friends, please tell me, is it possible to put OFW on CFW on PS3, without deleting my profile, saves and trophies? I want to log into my PSN, synchronize the trophy and not get a ban.

Just make sure you don't get caught by the CIA or the FBI as then they might notify the NSA and TSA which will then set off the MIB and land you in deep DOO.

Um I wouldn't recommend it. Cause I known people did this via xbox and had everything removed and branded cheater on their profile and it also seemed to effect them access online sides of games to.
