Game modes
Offline Singleplayer - Doesn't require an internet connection and Leaderboards will not work.
Singleplayer - All of the game features will work, but you will be alone.
Multiplayer - Can be played with up to 16 players as cooperative, but you can enable 'friendly fire' to PvP.

You are CERTAIN we can buy this game, put steam in offline mode, toggle OFF the internet (unplug internet completely), then play this game offline?
Someone needs to perform ALL those steps, otherwise it's highly likely this game has server/client and we won't be able to do much with it.
