Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Not sure what is going on but lately whenever I try and use a trainer I get a blue screen. This is weird because apart from downloading a couple new trainers, nothing else has changed on my end with my computer. I haven't downloaded anything else differently, nor did anything drastic with my computer either. I feel that there is something else that is causing this to happen since trainers have worked fine for me in the past (with one or two exceptions) but I can't figure this out for the life of me. When the blue screens first happened a few days ago I ended up having to factory restore the PC since I didn't have any previous restore points either (which may be connected but I don't know). However since that and reinstalling programs I still use, I am still experiencing this issue.

If anyone has any ideas on how to help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. If you need any additional information just ask, but be wary as I'm not very knowledgeable either, what little I know is all self taught so when it comes to programming or code it's like a foreign language to me. So please try and help in a way that would make sense to someone totally new to computers or something...cause otherwise I'll just get confused.
