no sure why but My villagers are not becomign serf! they still at newcommers level. i did disable worker needs and fast leveling but it's not happing either any ideas?

First thing to check is starting game without trainer and see if it works this way. If yes its the trainer if not its the game.

Yeah, I'm getting this too. As soon as the trainer hooks into the game, before even activating any options, all villagers stop trying to fill their needs, so the leveling progression stops.

Do we talk about the NEEDS or the LEVEL/EXP ? Because I ran the game without trainer and the NEEDS never grow. The LEVEL/EXP however did as soon as the person started to work.

If we talk about their NEEDS and they are supposed to grow over time then it seems to be a bug in the game.

I can confirm that villagers stop fulfilling their needs as soon as the trainer is active
