Does this trainer work on the Steam Deck? I tried to but had to do a manual trainer download. But I am having trouble on the Steam Deck to get it to unzip and put in the directory.
Standalone trainers are NOT supported on the steam deck
I get you Nook, ty.
Will this or is there a way to request to get this to work on Steam Deck?
does the steam trainer work on the game on a regular PC?

The main one does not work. The auto-aurora one that connects. It's Xbox/Windows Only. But the manual download one Patch 1/26/2020 works perfectly on PC/Steam Version. Is there a way can implement that one and update it to work on Steam? But overall the trainer does not work on Steam Deck. There is a settings option in the Steam Deck's Aurora to put it manually in the standalone folder but I can't get anything to unzip in the Linux of the Steam Deck.

I don't support Steam deck, it would be better if you visit steam deck forum.
For some reason, my system just does not like standalone trainers. Is there any way to get a Steam version for the one that runs on the Aurora platform? Even if I can get my system to even download the standalones in the first place (which is hit and miss), they never actually run, which is frustrating. I just get error messages - and not just for this one, it happens to me on all the standalones. I'm guessing it's probably something with how my security is set up, but it does mean no standalones work for me and I've stopped trying. I'll understand if it's not on the table, but it would be nice to get the Xbox/Windows version that runs in Aurora working for the Steam version!
Unless the trainer needs an update to work we don't move them over.
As for standalone not working. Follow the below:
For all older, pre Aurora trainers, you need both .net and exclusions listed below.
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64: Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86: Link
.NET Core Runtime x64: Link
.NET Core Runtime x86: Link
You would need all 4 of these, and you might have to clear any other versions you have.
You also should get the latest framework on this link

Exclusions needed:
C:\Users\usernamehere\Cheathappens
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens
C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens
C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Local\Temp\CH_Temp.tmp
C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Local\Temp\~Mnn133.tmp
C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Local\Temp\CH.dll
C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Local\Temp\~CheathappensTrainer.tmp
C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Local\Temp\~CheathappensTrainer42.tmp
C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Local\Temp\~CheathappensTrainer540.tmp
C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Local\Temp\~CheathappensTrainer762.tmp
C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Local\Temp\~CheathappensTrainer915.tmp
Note the .tmp files doesn't appear before trainer is running, so you might have to exclude the Temp folder until the trainer run and then remove after you find the .tmp files needed.
