I bought a gift card with some of my points, got an email confirming I bought said card. But no follow-up email with a voucher code.. I did check my spam inbox... Can someone help??

Did the email say to reply back in that email? Otherwise, the holidays could see things being delayed.

From the top of my head this email starts with: Please reply back...

Whether or not you have purchased a gift card in the past, you need to tell if you live inside the US and like to receive the code or outside the US and would like to receive the money instead via PayPal.

You have to respond to the ticket as to whether you want a us code or paypal cash

you did get reply's check your spam folder.

Nothing from ch in my spam folder. 11 mails in there since 24th and they're all scams, "enhancement pills", and marketing offers. I got the emails about ticket created and responded to that, repeatedly. No replies :c
