i cant get the new version(june 13) of the trainer to run, even after trying all the various suggestions in your trouble shooting guide. posting here is listed at the very end fyi. I've also tried a number of my other ch trainers but their not affected by this issue, the previous version(may) of this trainer didn't have this issue. as far as i can tell it doesn't seem to be a security issue. help and suggestions welcome.

Can you be more specific about "cant get it to run"? Is there an error message? Do you see the CH logo and customized for..., what happens next? Is the trainer process still running? Do you see it in the taskbar?

okay so; no error message, but i do get so far as to see the logo and customized for etc. it flashes up twice with both the old and new type banners. it seems to connect to the internet and run its check but instead of appearing on the taskbar and opening properly it just stops dead and ceases running. out of curiosity i ran it with taskmaster running in the background and though it begins well it popped up as not responding very briefly before closing. does that help? I'm not much of a techie but if there is something you need to check or see specifically, link me instructions and ill do my best.

What AV do you have?

bulldog. but I've shut off both the firewall and the antivirus separately and together in different attempts and its not blocking any of my other ch trainers including some of those that do usually suffered from firewall interference.

You could open the event viewer of windows and search for an application crash entry that matches the time and date when the trainer disappeared. If there is none then the trainer hasn't crashed but got closed.

Another thing you could try is to follow the basic steps of troubleshooting:

Delete files in:
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

Be sure this is added to your exclusions: C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens

You may also want to clean your temp folder and reboot your computer since you are saying there are two different banners showing up. Maybe there is a problem with old temp files laying around.

I've done everything you suggested, see attached file for everything that came up in the event viewer. it doesn't mean much to me; but it clearly states that there was some kind of error.
