Please create a scan exclusion in your security software for the editor exe file and try again launching with admin rights.

It doesn't matter that much as I use Windows 10 Pro here myself and am able to launch the editor without any problems.
Please check the log entries in Windows Event Viewer right after you tried to launch the editor, copy & paste the related content to a txt file, zip it and upload it here or here -> Link (mind the duration, set to 1 month at least) and provide the link to it.
Edit: What security software do you use?
