Actually, it sounds like if someone could answer Caliber's questions 2 posts above, the odds for a trainer would go up considerably.

The Conjuring house got canceled. And the game has a meter for battery power level for the flashlight
I think it would be good to have a "sanity 0" button that puts the sanity level to 0 instead of having to backtrack into the light.
Lighters run out and you have to find more, infinite lighter would be handy and would free up your inventory for other items as inventory is limited.
Infinite candles, so you could find one candle, place it in the candle holder (there are many dotted around the house) and instantly place another in another holder so you could light up most of the house straight away.
I think this would be a good trainer for people wanting a more "relaxed" exploration of the house and to see more details of the house and other future levels.
It would be the only option to do this via a trainer as the ghost will catch up with you if you hang around with the insanity level too high, so you cant spend a lot of time in some locations.
It could prove popular as it would give people who have bought the game (its still early access) more ways to play as they update it.
