I'm having a problem with all the NPCs becoming immobile when activating and deactivating the option for instant kills. Quests become stuck, town citizens don't move, and I'm unable to access shop menus. Is anyone else having this issue?
There are several posts in this thread reporting this. Some are even saying to never use option Numpad 3: Super Damage at all.

I suggest to change to the player character's default outfit, perform the teleport and change back to whatever you like your character to wear.

hello i ahve try evreything in the traienr but always when i activate the trainer and the cheats when i play icant interact if anything because is like they dotn see me( and i dont have the stealth activate) or other tiems the npcs or evrything die alone and i cant do anything can u guys lok into this if is only to me that is happening
