fixed, clear cache and redownload

Am 90+ hours in de game (from 2nd of October), unlocked the entire map and am lvl50. I did all side quest available and want to continue with the main quest but I can't continue because of the following main quest bug (hoped it was fixed in patch 1.0.3., but sadly no):
In the quest "To Find a Girl" I have to search and find Anthousa, but after killing the thugs threatening the worshippers the quest won't continue.

And after searching online/youtube I found the place where you're suppose to find Anthousa. So I go there and I see here on the ground dead.....
Anthousa is dead and I can't continue the main quest. I tried reloading every save game I got, sadly every time I go to her place, she's always on the ground dead (with or without the quest).

I read about the issue with option 3 of the trainer, but I think I never used it. Never encountered another npc dead like that. So now am stuck and can't continue at all.
Is there a workarround for this? Also is it possible to use someone else's save-game?

I don't want to restart the game, I've unlocked the whole map + almost all "?" marks/strongholds etc.

This is true, I reloaded one of my games to find out my fragments were completely gone. I was at 11 out of 22, now I have 0 with no way to get them back and not enough cultist to get the spear to lv 6.

We need a cultist fragment modifier to fix this issue. I will put in the request.

So to everybody, if you use option 7 at any point, if you reload a game, without first activating option 7 it will delete your fragments. Be it a new or old save.
