I was wondering if this trainer could be added to be live-activated through CH's Aurora. The reason being: all my CH trainers when running through Aurora are allowed to bypass my Malwarebytes AV and my Kaspersky AV.
But for some reason, any trainers I need to DOWNLOAD from CH do NOT get a pass from Kaspersky. NO matter if I've chosen to exclude CH trainers and CH itself, Kaspersky keeps flagging anything from CH itself as virus-laden (even though I KNOW it's not), due to something called a "key" running through the Cheat Happens site (I'm not a PC or a virus expert, so I"m paraphrasing here, but I recall the word "key" being mentioned from my Kaspersky warning). SO the AV simply deletes the download after I try to open the trainer, over and over....including this AC Odyssey trainer. I've followed the instructions from your video about how to exclude CH from being AV-flagged, and it works with Malwarebytes AV, but not Kaspersky AV. ANY time I try to run a CH file through Kaspersky, it gets deleted even though I've told this AV program to EXCLUDE.
Again: all my Aurora live-activated CH trainers give me no problems, only the downloaded files and according to KAspersky AV, it's something about a "key code" (?) with the CH site. SO: could the CH team please add this live-activated to Aurora so I can use the trainer. Thank you.
Again:" I KNOW the trainer and CH itself is tested and is virus-free, but Kaspersky refuses to allow me to exclude the CH program(?) from running safely.

All trainers will ideally get an Aurora equivalent. At current there are two ways this happens:

    1. Any trainer that gets a trainer update, gets made to work with Aurora.

    2. Older standalones get supported with Aurora slowly. The more popular the game the faster it gets added to Aurora, this is simply because we have three programmers for thousands of games each with specific duties.

    Hope this helps,

Thank you, that's good to know. My guess is, then, that because Assassin's Creed Odyssey is several years old, that the trainer will not be added to Aurora, but I will continue to hope that it will be at some point :-)
-I'm not sure why Kaspersky AV refuses to allow me to exclude the CH "program" itself (Malwarebytes allows me to exclude them), but it allows me to exclude Aurora...well, anyway: so be it.
I'll probably cancel my Kaspersky end of year if this continues to be the case; there's no way around it. I can't run my older CH downloadable-file trainers now...at ALL, with Kaspersky running. Kaspersky has proven to be a valuable AV program for me in the past, so at present I will continue to use it.
I wish I understood what this Cheat Happens "key" is that Kaspersky finds so "virus-y", but it's a puzzle to me since I"m in no way a computer expert.
    Thanks for the reply.

I only use Windows defenders, but something that always worked for me is 1) create a folder, 2) exclude that folder in the antivirus 3) save all the trainers there. I never had a problem doing that. Aurora has the possibility to use the old trainers downloaded from CH that are not in the app, it is simply to add that folder in the Aurora configuration and everything works perfectly. By the way Aurora is spectacular, very grateful for the PC and mobile app

I hear what you're saying. No matter what folder I tell Kaspersky AV to exclude, through: it doesn't matter. I open the downloaded CH trainer, it deletes the file because of some "Cheat Happens key" (I'm paraphrasing). No problems running live-activated trainers from/thru Aurora, however. Just the downloaded trainers (from older games). THis has only happened for me in past couple of months. Again: Aurora runs just fine (w/ the live-activated trainers). it's just the downloaded trainers, and only Kaspersky won't let me exclude Cheat Happens stuff. It WON'T exclude CH stuff.I followed the CH video to a T about how to exclude stuff, and it's always worked in the past, but not this time.
To that end, I DO love using Aurora and wish all my trainers were activated through there. I know there is only so much staff at CH can do and there are so many games and trainers they're working on.

I don't know how kaspersky works, but have you already tried to exclude the CH folder from the Users-CH folder? Or maybe turn off the antivirus, create the folder, exclude, and try to download again?

Thanks. Yes, thought of all that, too. I do a lot of work from home video editing and voice over work, and believe it or not (in addition to Malware Bytes), Kaspersky has helped me out a LOT, so I can't not use it. So yes, I've already created new folders, excluded them (etc) but KP-AV keeps on seeing whatever this "Cheat Happens Key" is...as being a problem, when I KNOW it's not.
At this point, I'm giving up and hoping at some point some of the older CH files I use outside of Aurora get placed INTO Aurora so I can use them.

Ok I have been trying for 3 days to get this trainer to work, now either it don't work on the PC game pass version of the game or I'm doing something wrong.
nut I have been using Your trainers for a few years now and haven't every experienced a problem like this, the game was last updated in Feb 2022 from what i can tell from Google results, yet the trainer was last updated 24th December 2021.
Could someone look into this please?
