May I ask what levels people are in-game? I am 113, set credits worked for me at level 90 and no longer does at 110+. I've seen some people say that if you are further into levels, you might have issues. Was wondering if there is any truth to that or just conjecture. Both the regular method Caliber used and the other car part method are fruitless for me. Please note I am 100% aware this is client sided, not blaming the trainer. I have messed with windows defender and all that as well.

It definitely has something to do with progress. I was 151 when I tried, had to do the car parts method as the game would crash. Trainer is definitely worth it. You have to be smart though, no online crap. I am using it for the danger jumps currently, works like a charm.

Ah, seems that it is directly tied to progress. This is really dumb, I hate Microsoft and their file system/structures. Although it would have been a good disclaimer to add to the trainer description, that the set credits option is best to do on a fresh game.
Anyways, do you think doing a savegame wipe would fool it? Run the tutorial, load up on creds then just buy back anything I lost?
EDIT: I got fed up and took the risk. I did a full Windows App Reset, and first chance in a car, it works. 850mil in my pocket.
