This worked for me
1.open the trainer after I launch game
2.activate trainer when your fully loaded in and can drive around.
3.go to garage and open upgrades for your car
4.select 1 item you haven't purchase yet (something cheap!)
5.now that you have something in the cart hit esc until you get the options "install setup", "view basket" etc and this is where you hit 4 then "install setup" so you get "deactivated" on the buy page.
7.when it says deactivated click on buy
8 while it's saving hit 5 on the numpad and it should work or spam it =)

After following that way Ive done it time after time without failure

This worked for me to get money working. Go into game activate trainer in car, spam the button to save credit value then open world map, spam the button to set credits and go into auction house gives you the credits you set.

I've got a request but I know I'm not lifetime, Would it be possibly to get at some point the ability to set the amount of car perk points you have and the ability to set certain levels?

For anyone attempting to follow these instructions, I followed it exactly, and with no lag between steps. So as SOON as I heard deactivated I IMMEDIATELY clicked on Buy and nearly simultaneously started holding down the Num-5 button and kept holding it until it finished Saving. Successfully set my credits to 900,000,000.
