still cant open the trainer

Create a folder, create an exclusion in your security software for this very folder, move the downloaded zip file into this folder and fully extract it in there.

Most convenient thing to have is a dedicated trainer folder so you don't have to create those exclusions for each and every trainer.

it keeps showing something to install 7zip but i already have it

Either perform right-click on the zip file and select 7zip from the menu or launch 7z with admin rights and verify if the file association for ZIP files is actually set to 7z.

And why do you mention WinRAR in your (now closed) support ticket? Make sure to use either one of your multiple archive software to extract our zip file.

i was using winrar no problem this trainer is asking to install 7zip and now every trainer on asks the same thing for me

You can use WinRAR, WinZip, 7z, the default built-in Windows zip function ... but need to use it properly.

The Credit Option does not work anymore since Today, yesterday all was fine, and yes i tried all crazy Tricks People posted here.
