Is the single player part of this game now playable when you are completely offline?

I have used CoSMOS_Beg to change the money but only able to do that.
The other main things I want like max lift; weight; build time, etc still cannot actually change it. special 'build time', it will be super useful to have a way shorter build time, even not instant build.

I don't know if this helps but a memory scan works fine in single player too.

I just launched a single player game without an internet connection. It seems to be ok.

Aye, it can't go online, I tried to get a request on it and got denied, So I don't know why it doesn't have a trainer? Not a big deal honestly.

I can confirm that the (new?) Conquest mode / Strategic mode is a single player option and works with unplugged internet from starting the game, creating a new conquest game, building ship, attacking AI-enemies and fighting battles.
I came very late to this game, maybe the earlier versions were multiplayer only, but since I bought it for the single player that shouldn't be accurate anymore.
