Can't comment on other things, but I have the following to report:
Slinger ammo is not, in fact, infinite; use a flashbug and it'll say 99, but after firing 3 it becomes some sort of rock thing that does nothing;
Sprint Speed only works in the hub (as said in another post);
Also note, F1 through F4 are for the game's hotbars; these cannot be rebound, so your default keys are directly interfering (even worse since they're teleporters); I know the trainer keys can be changed, but it's unneeded busywork. I suggest changing them to F5 through F9 instead.
F1-F4 did nothing on my screen to interfere with anything on my game, so I chose them. I checked the keyboard layout in the options of the game and saw nothing about F keys..

Press ESC while in-game and click on "Radial Menu Type" Then click on "Keyboard" It defaults to "Gamepad".
When you're in a mission, pressing the F1-F4 keys brings up the Radial Menu for your hotbars.
Can't seem to get the jewels to go to my jewel box, they're now stuck in my materials inventory instead, I've tried putting em in my inventory then going on a expedition and returning but it still isnt working, any ideas?
I add 10 of each feystone types in the material pouch on your character on expendition/mission then come back and they get randomized, do it till you get which jewel you want then use the sell cheat to get 200 of it, that's what I do. The IDs is 548 to 551.

Thanks for this, however I figured out another method from testing, you gather materials and then change thier ID's in the editor to jewels or feystones and once you return from expedition they'll be there in their places

You can directly add materials/jewel/feystone in the highlighted slot without needing a materials, just highlight the blank slot like with material and change ID from 0 to whatever.
