Game crashes when starting with Trainer on Operation Flashpoint 2: Dragon Rising PC Message Board - Page 1

Dear guys,
i hope i don't bother you too much...
As soon as i start the trainer or even the trainer manager, the game crashed or does not start.
do i need to use the no-cd-crack due to some game protection software?

Just downloaded it and it opened up fine on my system, most likely it is due to the trainer and the work folder C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work not being excluded in your antivirus.

Hello,
i have at the moment only the standard windows stuff installed.
i completely switched of the firewall, antivirus and browser/app protection.
Still same issue, it always crashes game, or does not let me start it, as soon as i have the trainer manager or trainer open.

I have no issue with tons of other great trainers you produced!- thanks for this!

Are you right clicking on the trainer and running it as admin?

It's and older trainer so try adding these to defenders exclusion list.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp\CH_Temp.tmp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp\~Mnn133.tmp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp\~CheathappensTrainer.tmp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp\CH.dll

Defender is never really truly off, as some components are set to auto enable if manually turned off.

So, what i have done is the following:
1. Kopied the Trainer.exe to the desktop
2. Run it with Windows7 + Administrator rights
--> it worked!
as soon as start the trainer manager, it crashes!
the problem seems to be with the trainer mangager...

What I do:

Whitelist the executable (.exe) in all anti-malwares.

Right-click the same .exe file -> Properties -> Compatibility -> tick "Run this program as an administrator".

This is good for: CH trainers, CoSMOS and CH Trainer Manager.

Some older trainers/games wont work with administrative rights enabled...but they're few and far 🙂

Mustang24 is right with his report.

Besides the usual suspects admin rights and security software, this trainer launched through the TM crashes the game from the start. Launching the trainer old-skool manually works fine - tested on Windows 10.

Good for health, bad for education.
