So i am getting this error non stop:
Information: 0 : Yakuza 0, Patch 5, STEAM
Information: 0 : Trainer version: 1.13
Information: 0 : Trainer is up to date.
Information: 0 : Attaching to process: Yakuza0
Information: 0 : Successfully attached
Error: 0 : player: Cannot find aob!

I tried everything, making exception o windows defender, doing all the deleting ch files and etc, even build an bat.exe like the post suggest to clean some old entries, but don't matter what the trainer will start, detect the game, but when i try to f1 or start manually i get this error above.

Then i tried changing the trainer location to the folder of game exe (before it was on the general folder of the game like always) and got this one:

So i did everything on the CH Trouble Shooting Tips, on top of deleting all the game and downloading again (on steam) and re-installing, still the trainer gives me this error: Error: 0 : player: Cannot find aob!

I never had this problem with any trainer before, so i know i am doing everything right. Besides that there is a weird bug with the game itself (i think its a bug), my heat gauge (fighting bar) is infinite, even though the trainer never worked, the trainer start normally, but when i press f1 it gives me the error, but the bar always stay full, even when i am out of combat (wich should degrate the gauge bar), so definitely very weird.

Seems to have been patched a bit since last trainer, looks like it will need updated.

The trainer works perfectly for Kiryu, but it doesn't work at all while playing Goro Majima, the second protagonist which becomes available in Act 3.

Edit: it only didn't work in Act 3. Worked fine Act 4 onwards

I can't get the Trainer to activate. I get the "Error: 0 : player: Cannot find aob!" message every time.
Edit: Sometimes the Trainer also just exits/crashes quietly when attempting to activate.

I did all the proposed fixes in the CH Trouble Shooting Tips thread, but nothing seemed to make a difference.

I'm wary of posting an update request, since checking SteamDB there have been no updates to the game since the last Steam Trainer's release.

Any ideas?

Try a new game, your save might have an already altered value in it tripping up the trainer. Advised to not use cloud saving when using trainers.

I am also getting a crash when trying to use F2 easy Phone club option on playing on PC Gamepass version 1.0.21.0 and the trainer I am using is the latest(1.0.16.0) Gamepass/Win10 store trainer as the most recent trainer says only steam for version as such gives an error as I'm on GP version.

F2 easy phone club option is the only one giving me trouble so far using the 1.0.16.0 on game version 1.0.21.0 on the previous few pages there were 2 other posts about this feature not working.

Should I be filing a trainer update request? I have been hesitant for fear of running the risk of the penalty for abusing the feature.
