You cannot Unleash Artifacts if you use Unlimited Items. Is there a way to fix this?

Try deactivate option, launch artifact then try re-enabling it maybe?

That didn't work.

Probably best to explain what an artifact is, how it is supposed to be used and if you can only have 1, plus any other relevant info, and maybe a game save as they rarely have time to play the games to see what does what.
