I am seeking a save game that is MOSTLY 100% complete.

Specifically, if anyone knows of a save file that has all the content complete EXCEPT the purchase of properties, that is what I am looking for. Does anyone know of a source for that?

Yes, there is... what I am specifically seeking is not a 100% save, I said a save that has everything complete except all properties purchased.
