I have no idea about other situations.. I didn't play the game until the end, and there may be other sequences that use different health options.

When I turn on god mode, it's the enemies that are impervious, not me. Option 3 to disable AI attacking fails each time. It's unfortunate this trainer is unpopular. I really like the style of this game and it's very challenging.
