I have Sniper Elite 4 on steam and no matter what I do it says game not found on trainer, I have tried with all antivirus and firewall off, i have tried tried to run it as administrator, i have i have tried starting the train before the game, i have tried starting after the game starts but no matter how I do it when I press F4 the trainer doesn't activate and when i press alt-tab it still said game not found in lower corner.

Jurassic world did the same but it has away to manually activate the trainer

Any help would be appreciated

Only works with DX11 version, uncheck the DX12 in the options in the launch window.

Your message says when you press F4 it doesn't activate?

Are you really pressing F4 or is that a typing error and you meant F1?

Try right-clicking on the trainer and Run As Admin, then run the game and press F1, not F4, at the main menu to activate.

You may need to file a Trainer update notice. Looks like there was a new update first part of the month called Strange Brigade. They added a new level, new enemies, new weapons, new traps and some other stuff.
