I have tried all options and suggestions and the trainer keeps crashing after I press F1 at the main menu in the game. I never had this issue before until this update.

I just tested the latest trainer and had no problem activating it. Make sure you are using the same trainer version as the game version.

Some options crashes the game saves.
What about to add an option to unlock all the dinos directly? to add all the genomas?
If you use a lot of times the finish expedition and the finish research options the game crashes eventually (I have now three savegames crashed because of that, and at some point the savegame is corrupted). People that don´t like to have all that boring research could just jump that part and start playing the park, that isn´t a easy thing by itself 😋
