Did you try with different browsers or even uninstalled your security software and use the Windows default?
I tried 3 browsers, 3 different desktops. I opened a support ticket because I believe the issue is directly related to the routing path I take to get to cheathappens.com since the trainer requires a verified internet connection and I unable to access their site via my home service(comcast) I can't use the trainer. I can access everything via my cellphone and work connection. The purpose of post was to see if it is a local issue (northern California) only or if other people are having similar issues. I ran tracert from my home system and it dies before hitting cheathappens system, the cloudflare host has reported issues in my area which are likely the cause of my issues. I will be testing with an offline mode later today. Thank you for your reply.
