Was wondering is a disable specific hotkey option could be done, like setting an option to no hotkey, sometimes there are trainer options I just don't want to activate even by accident, and I have been setting those to hotkeys really out of the way and unlike to be used keys like page down but a null/no hotkey option would be really convenient.

Just set the options you want and use CTRL-H to disable them all, the activated ones stay on and you don't have to worry about hitting a key by mistake. Note that all keys will be disabled so you will need to CTRL-H again to turn an option off.
