when i load up the trainer it says i need to download .net core, everything on my computer is up to date so idk what to do

For older trainers that are not on Aurora you need some older versions of .net core.

.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64: Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86: Link
.NET Core Runtime x64: Link
.NET Core Runtime x86: Link

You would need all 4 of these, and you might have to clear any other versions you have.
