Unlimited Items:
While active open your inventory.

1 hit kill when activated immediately kills all party members, to reproduce simply load my save file included to try for ones own self. also it would seem infinite items may not work either as i use an item and it decreases, when i go into my inventory with this option active nothing maxes out / tops back up. save location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ys VIII Lacrimosa of Dana\savedata\steamsave\data0002

Thanks for the work CH, now we just have to wait for NISA to fix the crash issue. I can't progress because after killing the tentacle boss on the ship the cartoon intro plays then as Adol wakes up on the beach BAM! Access Violation App Crash. it is literally impossible to progress past the prologue because NISA did such a monumentally poor job porting this game to PC.

This is on the GOG version with the day 2 patch.

EDIT: I seem to have resolved the crashing by disabling the dynamic and map shadows. At least I can play the game but I really hope NISA put out a patch so I can play with the shadows enabled without crashes.

EDIT 2: Even with the shadows off there are still occasional crashes. I played for a couple of hours and it crashed so hard it turned off my keyboard gamepad and mouse for a few minutes. Just as I got up to hold down my rigs power button the peripherals came back to life.

EDIT 3: It seems the crashes are caused by multithreading. When I launch Ys VIII and press CTRL + ALT + DEL to enter task manager and go to Set Affinity and uncheck all but CPU0 I can run the game even with shadows on. Because it's only using 1 CPU core performance isn't as good but at least it's not insta-crashing with shadows on or crashing every 1-2 hours with shadows off.

Hi, thx for the trainer!

Is it possible to edit the number set to the "Unlimited items" option? 990 is too much and it creates problems opening chests and the like. Is it posible to edit the quantity or set it to 90 (since most items have a cap of 99 and then you are not able to open chests with them in it?)

Have you tried to not use the Unltd Items but the Editor function of the trainer instead?
