Thanks. I'm in Windows 10. Disabling the smartscreen notifications had no effect.
Also, Windows defender doesn't seem to have a history of anything. When I go to "firewall and network protection", it just says "status unavailable, refer to Norton."
try to exclude a custom folder with the trainers in it,with windows 10 defender,so first make a custom folder,start windows defender security centre,go to virus and threat protection,then to virus and threat protection settings,scroll down till you see exlusions,add or remove an exclusion,click + add a exclusion,use folder option,go to the custom folder with the trainers and select that folder, after this windows defender stays away from your custom folder.
P.S exclude the empty custom folder first,then after that copy paste the trainer to that folder,unzip it,and defender should stay away from deleting the trainer exe.
