I know this is kinda random, but do you think maybe the division 2 could get a trainer whenever its comes out, I am just curious

If its another online only game like the first one is then, no they won't make a trainer. Trainers are unfortunetly only for single player offline games, or games that can be single player only.
I would love to see the Division have an offline mode so I can run the train on the AI for once, but its Ubisoft sooooo probably not. Gotta milk those few last drops from TD1.

Only if it has offline single player, but highly doubt it as Ubisoft is pretty much a "games as a service" company now, and they luvs dem sum-a-does micro-transactions.

I dont see cheathappens makes Division 1 or 2 Trainer, As they say they DO NOT support multiplayer cheating, And Division 1 and 99.9% sure division 2 have heavy aspect of Co-op Multiplayer system.

It has been confirmed lately that the game will have a single-player campaign from start to endgame. Not sure if it can be played offline though. Game is no longer available in Steam. It's exclusive to Epic games store. I hope the CH team will reconsider making a trainer for this game.
