Yes, I am very sure nothing changed. - Did you create the exclusions I mentioned, cleared the Windows Temp folder, rebooted your PC and tried again?

Yes, I did.
Could it have something to do with your updated Privacy Policy? Or are any of your servers offline?
Am I the only expierencing this?
The strange thing is that I didnt change anything on my side. No updates etc.

Yes, you are the only one as otherwise our boards and support would be flooded with complaints which is not the case.
No, the change of our Privacy Policy was GDPR related.
It's very likely that something on your side updated, most of the times security software with new signatures and rules, which is now blocking the trainers authentication process.
What security software and Windows OS edition & version do you use? Please be as specific as possible about the version.

Windows 10 Home Version 1803 (Build 17134.112)
I am/was using Avira.
---
I just downloaded an offline key. Doesnt seem to work. I put the extracted key file into the folder containing the trainer. (now contains trainer, readme and the key)
Am I doing anything wrong there?

Is there a way to save the location of the folder's game to avoid to choose it everytime I press F2?
