I maked it sure that my avira was disabled after reboot and then installed the V2. Can confirm this does work! Tried all options in game and they're working as expected.

Seems the best way to use the trainer then is;

Start trainer > F2 > Find game dir > Close trainer
Run game > Close after intro
Run trainer as admin > F1

Ok i have tried running trainer .. uninstalling reinstalling game Even moved the game to a dif directory. Rebooting validating .. closing and reopening ... It basically starts far cry then after the game starts asks if I am OK with the perimeters Then when I hit ok the game never starts and the trainer says " can't find game" and closes. After placing in a new directory now it keeps saying can't find directory if I close it after f2 .. Anyway i can just manually start the game with the parimeters and just start the game after??

I tried all of the solutions in the faq thread but nothing helps.
After pressing F1 Uplay is blinking and then the trainer says Game not found.
When pressing F1 and manually starting FC5 just an Memery error appears.
Even with a closed Uplay the trainer starts it. One time the Loading screen showed up an says syncing with clound and then.... game not found.

BTW Uplay only and the standart edition.
Uplay opens the FC5 Tab and nothing happens.

I installed the uplay version only. I'd start the UPaly account and ran the game once as regular. Than closed the game completely leaving Uplay still running (online). Than loaded trainer. And Hit F1. And it launched with "Trainer Activated" and loaded game up. Waited for main menu to start to start press options on wanted!

Finally got around to playing FarCry 5 and I am happy to report the trainer appears to be working flawlessly! (for myself at least! Uplay version)

Sorry to hear there are a few struggling to get this working 🙁

For what it's worth, Uplay version, once freshly installed, booted game (NO TRAINER!) and I played around with settings in game then carried out the prologue mission to the point where Spoiler:

U.S Marshall shouts to hop in the truck

, this seems to be an auto-save point, then quit the game - Leaving Uplay still running though!
At this point I simply fired up the trainer, quick look at the hotkeys, then pressed F1

*I did NOT use the manual locate feature in the trainer BTW and I installed my game in my D: drive, straight into Program Files folder for my own preference*

Trainer found and booted the game with absolutely no issue and been playing fine since!

I had to add an exception to windows defender for the trainer for it to work, also I had to close uplay and steam, then hit f1.
