The Curiosity update of about May 31st has seemingly caused a strange difference in the way I have to start the trainer. Using "F1" at the main menu no longer activates the trainer. I have to use the trainer's main page and click on manual activation on the upper left to actually get it to start. It always worked with F1 before, but no longer does. Once started the manual way from the trainer page it does work, but I don't know what happened with F1 since my keyboard works... as indicated by this note. Is anyone else having this problem?

Well... now F1 is working again. Perhaps I had "scroll lock" instead of "F lock" activated, but after going over the keyboard and pressing the various "lock" keys, F1 did indeed start the trainer as per spec. Sorry for any confusion.

Since the latest update, first Opportunity, then Curiousity, the trainer no longer works yet at F1 says activated using the Steam version. Have no fear, Cheathappens is the greatest! I have been a Lifetime member almost since inception and it is well worth every penny. In fact, I would love to make a “voluntary donation” to help the team do their great work. Just be patient, they are working on a NEW trainer. Trust me. 🙂

We are going to work on an updated trainer once at least 3 reports are filed.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Just letting everyone know that the current trainer still works just as well as it did before the 11.15 patch/update.

Both the money and rocket space change worked for Japan (one of the new sponsor added to the game). I'm guessing it still has problems with Paradox and the other sponsor that has less than normal rocket space. It would be great if that could be corrected.

If I had to ask for ANYTHING extra that isn't allowed by the in game menus, it would be something around making the colonists have bonuses to everything and/or removing all negative personalities.

Please use the trainer option request system for requesting new options be added to this trainer and/or vote on options already requested.

Default values to enter for Terraforming Initiative are 8000 and 50000.

8000 funds and 50000 cargo both work just fine.

Just an FYI to those asking for more options and such, check out the mod through the Petro mod manager at the main menu called ECM "Easy Cheat Manager". It has an extensive battery of adjustments that can be made while playing the game as well as fixes for several common glitches.

Given the comprehensive nature of the mod I don't see a reason to ask the CH crew for more options on their trainer. If you are concerned about achievements the mod contains an unlocker for those as well.
