The Driller class' Cryo Cannon Weapon is the only weapon in the game that has never had the No Overheat cheat function work for it.
I've attached a savefile that has the cryo cannon unlocked. If it's not equipped then the Equipment monitor straight ahead can be used to equip it on the Driller class.

Cryo cannon works by pressure instead of heat so it's not for that. Only minigun and experimental plasma charger works by heat and EPC has never worked with No Heat either so I asked about that and they said it would have to be a feature request. So I expect you need to request a "No Pressure" option.

I submitted a new trainer option request. Hopefully the staff approve it.
