I would recommend uninstalling game and trainer, then get something like ccleaner and run it to clean both PC and registry, reboot and re-install them. Also fine any and all saves for this game and remove them.
I finished doing all of those things. Loaded up the trainer and game, tried to various features and it crashed in exactly the same manner. Even with the new updated trainer. This is starting to get very odd.

Did you restart your computer after each steps mentioned earlier, as for .NET Repair Tool? It's imperative for the system to completely flush the old data

This Early Access title gets patched like no tomorrow.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

the problem is trainer version seems same as game version so it should work ?

So does the game crash just because of the trainer or using any option whatsoever or only when you use a certain option or only when you use a certain weapon in the game?
