I have the same problem, trainer activates successfully but I still lose HP. Looks like EAC detects the kernel driver injections now, I am sad that I cannot cheat but I am also appreciate EAC, the most unbrakeable anti cheat system ever. I heared most of the new upcoming games going to be EAC protected because of how they succeeded with vermintide 2, I heared battlefield and GTA6 are going to join with EAC too.

Alas I am suffering from the dreaded SMEP bypass error. I presume no solution was found?

There is no solution to be found as it's working for us and most of the members who downloaded our trainer. It's rare, it's frustrating but we cannot reproduce it, sorry.

No problem. As other member who has PMed me indicated, it looks to be an issue with older hardware. Both him/her and I are running I7 2700k and 8P68 Asus mobo

Fixed SMEP error.

If you are experiencing the error then go to your bios and disabled Ex-bit CPU protection and Intel Virtualization. I disabled those both and now I can load the game with the trainer.

I have confirmed that disabling ex-bit protection and virtualization fixes the SMEP error but this time I activate the trainer in the game and it activates fine, however functions dont work I still lose HP and overheat. I run the trainer as an administrator and I wait 25 seconds before click on OK button.

Used the SMEP fix...ran the trainer, played local yesterday...the cheat didn't work...no health and overheat protection...got banned today (didn't play today...I guess they looked at the logs from yesterday?)...so yeap I am done with this game. I am not blaming anyone but myself, I knew the risks and I took them. The risks caused me to be banned, no big deal. Just roll with the punches.

So it seems the anticheat Vermintide 2 has employed is preventing this trainer from working as intended? I don't typically experience this must trouble getting a trainer that says it is functioning to work properly and employing the suggested fixes I have found have not yielded results. Is EAC the problem or has something else gotten in the way of using this trainer as of 12/16/18?
