Not much useful information in there. Are you using Comodo or BitDefender? Does this happens on ALL games or just a specific?

Im executing it as administrator, and no, i dont have antivirus activated yet

Still not working! HELP!

My guess CoSMOS cannot access/launch the debugger but I have no idea why as you said you have no antivirus installed. Please verify the files exists and try to rename them just to see if they are blocked:

(Cosmos installation directory)\Debugger\x64\CHDbg64.exe
\
(Cosmos installation directory)\Debugger\x86\CHDbg32.exe

Just verified them, they are in their folder with their respective names...
