Since it has been asked multiple times. Here is a video demonstrating the dropped item quantity cheat on Groschen but its the same way for any other item which has a quantity.

For some reason this options does not work with lockpicks but everything else have tried it with works fine

Having the same issue as well with lockpick

With the current trainer update / game minipatch (don't know which broke it) I am no longer able to capture items at all by dropping them. Pointer seems to have changed.

Tried with Groschen and several food items to no avail.

It is still working but it turned out that some items don't work with it such as lockpicks. For Groschen I recommend using the Groschen editor item which has been added previously to the trainer. All you need is to open your inventory, alt tab out and edit your Groschen.

Groschen is also easy to edit using our new CoSMOS | Beginner tool.
