Hello guys!Trainer says it has new version but when i download latest one it still warns me about it has new version,and the options add amneties and add housing still doesnt work

I don't know if this is something on my end, but I've never seen this happen to me.
Downloaded the new updated trainer for 1.0.0.257 349140, but as soon as I start it, it closes after a min or two.

Weird...?

We know about this issue - please file a report about it.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Alright, figured out why the new trainer wasn't working. It will not work on a saved game that used the last trainer. It works fine on a brand new game.

This is already written in the trainer's instructions: '... If you
are loading OLD SAVES of games that were saved BEFORE you had Rise and
Fall, DLC, the trainer will not work with them ...' - Great you got it solved.
