yeah I got the trainer for 7 Days to Die all options work except unlimited ammo I checked every thing...

Did you see this from the Readme text?

Unlimited Ammo:
While active you have unlimited ammo (not visible!). Just shoot, you will
be able to even if you have no ammo at all.

I did try to shoot after I ran out it didn't shoot no more....

Restoring backup, will check when its done. Confirmed that unlimited ammo is not working
