I had chosen "$4.95 /month. The monthly payment is AUTO-RECURRING until manually canceled." I didn't cancel, however; I see I'm set back as just lifetime. I'm positive I have sufficient funds. Did any type of error occur during the transaction attempt?

for this, I would either create a support ticket for ACCOUNT SUPPORT, or you could PM Pwizard to fix it. Happened to me as well, he was able to rectify it in no time.

Actually I'll check with him for you while i have a spare minute.

You changed your email address in December which is one of the markers our system uses to apply upgrades. I have applied your Jan payment and canceled the subscription. You'll need to re-sub with in order for it to apply the new email address going forward.
