I bought a name change yesterday, I know bad timing and I received a ticket in my email. That ticket had a click here button to check to see if that name is available.

I clicked the button and the name was available. So, I went back to the ticket and it said to please respond with your new alias change so I clicked reply on the ticket told them what I wanted as a new name, but I still am x45 which is my old name.

Did I do something wrong ?

Do I suppose to notify somebody else some other way instead of just replying back to the ticket I received in my e-mail ?

it said ticket # 2LSON:RC Store:Profile Customization,Alias Change don't know if you need that info prob do so I just now put it here

It has to manually be done, and you will get a response when the change is completed.

manually done by me or manually done by you guys and if it is manually done by me what are the steps to pull this off cause I did not receive instructions on where to go or how to do it all I received was a ticket #

Sorry for all the questions I am just new at this. Changing my name on steam is WAY easier here it is more complex than it should be.

Thank you. I just like to be well organized in a world of chaos. Guess I will just wait on Nevermore then. Do you know about how long it takes on average for Nevermore to respond back to somebody ?

I guess Nevermore is doing his Christmas thing. Christmas is just another day for me worked on Christmas day and working today as well. Hope you guys enjoyed your Christmas though. I know it is a celebration of Jesus Christ and that is the only part about Christmas I care about. The average society present giving celebration thing I don't do anymore because that is more for kids than anything else. Anyways later.

Well since you are playing catch up from the big give away event, this will be my last message for you. O and by the way thank you guyys for the bonus holiday RC and thank you for all you do during Christmas. Kind of nice to get presents from you guys during the holidays.
